Adanta has full and unrestricted power and authority to enter into Agreement with any Client and also has the exclusive rights over every section of this website. Adanta hereby indemnifies and holds the Client harmless from and against all claims under any federal or state law.

In interpreting our terms, the parties involved agree to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
